So a few days back I asked my friend if there is a method to download torrents without being tracked, or at a place where it is unable to download files through torrents. He told me to check out the seedr.cc, where he already had some stuff and just downloaded to his own computer.
What is it?
Seedr.cc is a cloud-platform service that are running BitTorrent clients as service. Instead of running it individually, you are letting their servers do the work for you. Basically a place where you can leech torrent files and convert it into a direct link. There are multiple benefits for using the service. First, it's very fast, I converted a 1GB torrent magnet, which the seedr converted into a direct link in about 3 seconds and from that I downloaded it in less than 3 minutes. Comparing to the classic method using the BitTorrent client (in my case uTorrent), it took about 6min. Second, it grants maximum safety. It acts as a barrier between yourself and the web. How does it work?
It is very simple to use. There are ways to get the downloading started. Either paste the magnet URL to the torrent or upload the .torrent file.
For the streaming service you can choose the fastest server located across the globe. However, this is a premium thing, the basic server is the Netherlands. Easy to use right? Probably even easier than using most of the BitTorrent application. Furthermore, the interface is very clean and modern.
